We currently ship exclusively within Switzerland.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, estimated delivery within Switzerland is 7–15 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, transportation or other circumstances outside our control.

Yes. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way, so you can follow its delivery progress.

Yes. You can contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning any item.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned. Sale or promotional items are also non-refundable.

Once your refund has been approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.
